No texting in the car!

My Will Qld supports Road Safety Week. There is no text or phonecall urgent enough to risk your life or someone else's life.

The police recommend that you put your phone where you can't reach it when you drive. There was a recent case in the Supreme Court in Qld where a young man, who was involved in a car "accident" where others were killed, was able to show that he wasn't on the phone as his phone was in his bag in the boot. He could be in prison for negligent driving or driving causing death.
